Checking In
We will operate a very simple self check-in by leaving the key in the door of the cottage. Please advise us on approximate time of arrival so we can make sure we are here. Guest Charter
We have created a Guest Charter to explain the steps we have taken to ensure your confidence in having a safe and happy stay here at Old Sulehay Holiday Cottages. Please take time to read it through so you are prepared for your visit.
Risk Assessment
In line with the recommendations from PASC, we have completed a risk assessment for the re-opening of the cottages from 4th July 2020. This will be reviewed on a monthly basis or upon a change in the Government guidelines.
Cleaning
A cleaning check list observing Covid-19 protocols has been created for your, and our safety and peace of mind. We will ask you to follow check out guidelines concerning emptying rubbish and stripping beds at check out.
Covid-19 Cleaning Products
The cottages require disinfecting as well as cleaning between guests, and will be disinfected using a fogging machine similar to those used in hospitals. This will take additional time, so check-in will now be at 5 pm and check- out at 9 am. All linen and towels will be washed at the recommended 60 degrees.
